With your search results, NetPoint allows you to create charts and download your data to Excel. This can be done by clicking the View Chart and Download to Excel links at the top of the search results page.
Clicking the View Chart link will display a window that allows you to define how you would like your pie chart to appear.

The picture above shows a chart for all programs installed on a network grouped by the publisher. By default, NetPoint will display the top 5 groups in your chart. However, you can change this in addition to the component property all items will be grouped by. All components outside of the top groups can be included in an Other group and displayed on the chart by selecting the aggregate option from the third drop down list.
The Download to Excel link allows you to export your search result data into Excel. This link will export all data currently present on the screen. If your search results span across multiple pages and you'd like to export them all to Excel, click on the Switch to Full View link before exporting your data.
To view your data in Excel, you must have Microsoft Excel installed. If you do not have Excel, you can download the Excel Viewer from Microsoft free of charge.
